About the Event
Settle in and get ready to alchemize and transmute all that no longer serves your highest good. In this two part guided meditation led by Mary Kate, we will begin by clearing out all the low vibration dense energy residing in our body then we will draw up earth energy to activate our energy centers and reconnect us to our higher wisdom.
To compliment this guided meditation, Nadine will be provide sound healing using her Himalayan Singing Bowls. Additionally, Reiki will be beamed into the room to further enhance the meditation experience.
This is a relaxing and immersive meditation designed to leave you feeling lighter, freer and more connected.
