Join us for a relaxing evening of immersing yourself in the beautiful sound of Himalayan singing bowls paired with Reiki, crystals and essential oils!
Sound healing helps to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and deep meditation. Bathe yourself in the rich beautiful tones of the seven different metal Himalayan signing bowls Nadine uses. Each bowl has all seven sacred metals and are hand crafted and then tuned to a specific note. Nadine then adds a beautiful crystal triangle to compliment the singing bowls and create a true feast for the senses! Nadine has a beautiful balanced way of playing her bowls and instruments that will gently lull you into this deep state of restorative relaxation. In addition to the beautiful sounds, there will be crystals and aromatherapy to help support this relaxed state. Reiki energy will be offered to further promote deep relaxation and healing.
