Kava & Reiki Sound Bath

TCH is happy to welcome back SOUL LIGHT MEDICINE AND THE GONG GIRLS for a KAVA REIKI SOUND BATH.

Experience a beautiful multi-modality sound bath surrounded by a beautiful array of healing crytals. This sound bath workshop will incorporate healing instruments, such as Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls, Gongs, chimes, drums, and other sound instruments.  Kava is non-psychoactive yet conscious-shifting plant medicine that allows you to feel good without altering your mind or mental clarity. Kava allows you to open and expand your third eye chakra, regulate the nervous system, and is a beautiful conduit for visionary introspection and meditation. Its contemporary uses include treating anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, stress, insomnia, and mood improvement.

2. Sound Healing with Singing Bowls and Gong: Prepare to be enveloped in a symphony of soothing sounds as The Gong Girls work their magic. The resonating tones of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums  penetrate deep within, harmonizing your mind, body, and soul. Experience a profound release of tension and blockages as the vibrations wash over you, bringing about a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
3. Reiki Energy Healing: As the workshop progresses, you will also have the opportunity to receive Reiki, a gentle yet powerful healing technique. Our skilled Reiki practitioners will channel universal life force energy to promote balance, release stagnant energy, and encourage your natural healing abilities.
